Instructions

Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.
Step 2
Add onion and bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet and simmer at least 20 minutes.
