Chicken Marinade
Tikka Masala Sauce
30gbutter

2 Tbspminced garlic
2 Tbspginger
4 Tbsptomato paste

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the paprika, cumin, garam masala, coriander, tumeric and cayenne pepper to make the spice mix.
Step 2
Mix the chicken marinade ingredients in a bowl. Cover the chicken breast in the marinade and rest in the fridge.
Step 3
Cook the basmati rice in the chicken bone broth.
Step 4
Then make the Masala sauce. First cook the onions. Then add the other ingredients to the pot. Pour the sauce into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Put the paste back into the pot over low heat. Add 200g greek yoghurt, 15g butter, coriander and salt to taste.
Step 6
Meanwhile, grill the chicken until charred, for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, put it on the chopping board and dice. Put it into the Masala sauce in the pot. Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 7
Add the rice to the pot and stir in.
Step 8
Fill a burrito with the Masala filling. Wrap up the burrito. These can be wrapped in tin foil and frozen to be eaten later. Heat between a sandwich press when ready to eat.
