Instructions
Step 1
Add all chops in a bowl.
Step 2
Add all ingredients papaya , onion, ginger & garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric, black pepper, , kasuri methi, malt vinegar, lemon juice, mustard oil and mix well.
Step 3
Massage each piece to coat the chops well with marinate.
Step 4
After cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Next day, take out the chops and prepare the Cusimax grill.
Step 6
Place the chops over grill at 160 c.
Step 7
Cover and let these cook on one side then turn them over & let these grill on other side.
Step 8
Take out once tender and serve immediately.
Step 9
Enjoy with raita and salad.
