Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Cover in soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and cornflour. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut potatos into chips. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cover in olive oil. Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the chicken in a pan until crispy, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
Dice the onion and capsicum. Cook in the same pan until soft. Season with salt, pepper, chilli, garlic and paprika. Add 20g of honey and mix.
Step 5
Add cooked chips and chopped shallots to the pan. Cook for a few minutes. Serve with the chicken.
