Prep
Step 1
Finely chop onion, and cut celery and carrots into bite sized pieces. Cut chicken thigh meat into bite size pieces.
Cooking the Sauce
Step 2
In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onions until translucent.
Frying Pan
Step 3
Add chicken pieces, cook until meat becomes slightly golden.
Step 4
Add cream of chicken soup and milk, heat to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens to heavy cream consistency.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste as desired.
Prepare Rice
Step 6
Cook instant rice as directed.
