Step 1
Remove all fat from chicken

Butterfly chicken so thinner
Step 3
Coat chicken in Peri peri seasoning
Step 4
Cut potatoes into wedges or chips
Step 5
Make salsa - finely chop quarter red onion, tomatoes and coriander and add salt

Par boil corn cobs
Step 7
Split corn into ribs and coat with spray oil, paprika and salt

Air fry or oven the chicken
