Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Saute chicken slices until cooked. Set aside.
Step 3
In a skillet, bring coconut aminos to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, until reduced enough to coat the back of a spoon. Add fish sauce, sesame oil, and coconut sugar and whisk until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4
In skillet, heat olive oil over high heat. Add garlic and saute for about 2 minutes, until lightly browned.
Step 5
Add the egg to the skillet and cook, stirring to scramble the egg, 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add the broccoli rabe, reduce heat to medium-high, and cover the pan. Cook until the broccoli rabe has wilted, 2-3 minutes, then add chicken and cooked noodles. Add 1 tbsp oil. Let chicken and noodles sit in the pan, undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, until they are brown and crispy, then flip them and cook, undisturbed, for 3 minutes more.
Step 7
Add sauce to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes more, then remove from heat.
Step 8
Serve with lime wedge.
