Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough.
Step 2
Then add the eggs, milk, and oil.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Prepare a round cake pan by greasing or spraying it with coconut oil and dusting it with plain flour.
Step 5
Pour the dough into the pan.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the quark with the sweetener/sugar/honey.
Step 7
Layer the quark mixture over the dough and place sliced peaches on top.
Step 8
Sprinkle the entire cake with vanilla erythritol and chopped nuts.
Step 9
Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 10
After it cools, slice and serve :)
