1 lbground beef

4flour tortillas
burrito sized

1 packettaco seasoning

1 tablespoonsour cream

1 cupshredded cheese

1 jarQueso

1 bagFritos

Instructions
Step 1
Brown 1lb of ground beef in a pan, adding taco seasoning evenly and then stirring in

While browning ground beef, prepare La Preferida rice according to instructions on the box
Step 3
Prepare a flat pan to warm tortillas in then place them into pan for 1 minute on each side
Step 4
While waiting, in a microwave safe bowl, pour in half the jar of salsa con queso and then microwave it for 45 seconds.
Step 5
Once meat, rice and tortillas are ready, assemble firstly with a smear of queso on the shell along the center line. Then add sour cream and a small handful of fritos. Add on taco meat and then a scoop of the rice. Finally, top with a little shredded cheese.
