1 x 15 ouncescan no-salt-added lentils
rinsed well and drained or 3/4 cup dry

1 ½ cupsrolled oats
quick-cooking

2 tablespoonsDijon mustard
or spicy brown

½ cupwalnuts
finely chopped

2 tablespoonsreduced-sodium tamari

¼ cupketchup
1 tablespoonAll-Purpose Herb Blend

¼ cupBarbecue Sauce
¼ cupno-salt-added creamy peanut

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Oil an 8-inch square baking pan. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well combined. Transfer to the oiled baking pan and pack the mixture down firmly and evenly. Put foil over the pan & bake for 45 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for 15 mins. Slicing and serving. Garnish with additional ketchup, mustard and sauerkraut. Serve with side of cauliflower mash/rice.
