Bang Bang Sauce
Fried Shrimp
10 ozshrimp
large, peeled and deveined
1egg white
½ cupcornstarch
¼ teaspoonsalt
1 TbspChili Sauce
Original
½ tspgarlic powder
vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
Step 1
first, mix together the raw shrimps, chin-su original chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, egg white and cornstarch until a batter forms.
Step 2
heat up some vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°f (175°c). fry the shrimp in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes each batch. take them out with a slotted spoon and let them drain on a paper towel.
Step 3
to make the sauce, mix the mayo, 3 tbsp of chin-su chili sauce, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
Step 4
put the fried shrimp in a big bowl. pour the sauce over them and toss to coat.
Step 5
serve the shrimp on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and enjoy right away! you can also drizzle on some of chin-su’s sriracha for an extra kick!
