Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet or frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet.

Add the chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the salsa, corn kernels, and black beans. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
