Creamy Chicken Mac and Cheese

Instructions

Step 1
Start by cutting your chicken breasts into cubes. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Get water in a pot, add salt and bring to a boil. Add your macaroni pasta and cook for 8-10 mins till al dente. Remove some pasta water for later.
Step 3
Get a pan on medium heat, add cooking spray then cook the chicken for 6-8 mins then set the chicken aside.
Step 4
In the same pan on low heat add low fat milk, light cream cheese, cheddar and any hot sauce. Use a whisk or spatula to mix everything till smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Add your cooked macaroni, mix till combined then add the cooked chicken and give it a final mix! Garnish with parsley and ENJOY!
