Caramel

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 355 F (180c)
Step 2
Combine all base ingredients together
Step 3
Press evenly into a small lined tray
Step 4
Bake 15 minutes then rest for two minutes
Step 5
Add caramel ingredients to a saucepan
Step 6
Whisk over medium heat for five minutes
Step 7
Pour caramel over base and bake for 15 minutes
Step 8
Leave to cool for one hour
Step 9
Melt the chocolate top ingredients together
Step 10
Pour the chocolate over the caramel
Step 11
Refrigerate to set and cut into squares
