Instructions
Step 1
start boiling your pasta before you start anything else.
Step 2
prep the chicken & sausage while waiting for the oil to heat up. cut chicken into cubes & sausages into half rounds
Step 3
heat olive oil in pan and brown sausage on both sides

Step 4
remove sausage from pan and add more olive oil if needed
Step 5
add in chicken, season with creole seasoning, & cook until chicken is no longer pink and outside is slightly browned

remove chicken from pan
Step 7
add in stick of butter butter & melt down
Step 8
mix in heavy cream ( the whole pint ) and heat until bubbly
Step 9
mix in grated parmesan & cook until combined & sauce is slightly thickened
Step 10
add in the whole can of petite diced tomatoes
Step 11
mix noodles in with sauce & add chicken & sausage back in. stir in to combine
Step 12
garnish with parsley & more parmesan if needed
