Instructions
Step 1
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until the fat renders, about 5 minutes
Step 2
Add garlic and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute
Step 3
Add the greens, season with salt and pepper, and toss well to coat the greens in fat, bacon, and garlic. Cover with a lid and allow to cook for about 2 minutes
Step 4
Scoop the greens onto a plate, next to your protein
