Instructions

Step 1
Remove the noodles from the refrigerator to bring to room temperature. Wash and dry the snow peas. In a bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and 1/2 cup of water. If desired, remove the tough strings from the snow peas.

In a large pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat the sautéed aromatics on medium-high until hot. Add the pork and togarashi; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently and breaking the meat apart with a spoon, 6 to 7 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add the snow peas; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 to 2 minutes, or until browned and the pork is cooked through.
