Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add garlic, ginger, and chili bean sauce (tobanjiang).
Step 2
Add ground pork, cook until the pork is no longer pink.
Step 3
Add sake, soy sauce, pepper, Tenmenjan (sweet bean sauce) and mix.
Step 4
Add chicken broth and chili oil.
Step 5
Add tofu, and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
Step 6
In a small bowl, add potato starch and water, mix well.
Step 7
Pour potato starch water, and mix well. Be careful not to break the tofu completely.
Step 8
Add sesame oil lastly.
Step 9
Add chopped green onion.
