Instructions
Step 1

Scramble 3 eggs in a small bowl and season to taste with salt. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and add the eggs, lower heat to low and cook eggs into an omelet.
Step 2

Reheat rice if needed and shape into a mound on a plate
Step 3

Reheat curry if needed and spoon into the middle of the omelet shell
Step 4

Fold over the omelet and place on top of rice mound.
Step 5

Drizzle with ketchup (I like the german curry ketchup) and top with sliced green onions
