Step 1
Slice daikon radish (about 0.2mm thin)

Mix everything to make sauce. This is for 1 whole daikon radish :) If you don’t have tsuyu, you can substitute with 2T soy sauce and 1T sugar.

Step 3
Place the radish into the pot.
Step 4
Pour over the sauce.
Step 5
Add 400ml of water.

Cover the lid and cook it on midium heat until it boils.
Step 7
When it starts to boil, add canned tuna (either remove oil or not).

Turn down to low heat after adding tuna. Boil until daikon radish becomes soft.

Scallion is optional :)
