Instructions
Step 1
Begin by boiling 500ml of water into a pot.
Step 2
Next, begin chopping up your spring onions. Chop it finely.

Step 3
Then, open up a small can of tuna and drain the oil.

Step 4
Add 2 Tbsp mayonnaise and some pepper to the tuna and mix.

Step 5
Once your water starts boiling, add your udon noodles into the water. Separate the noodles as it starts boiling, then leave it for 2 minutes and drain the water.

Step 6
You can have this noodle dish cold (like the original recipe) by washing the noodles in cold water however, I just drained the water and transferred onto a plate.
Step 7
On top of your udon noodles, add a big scoop of tuna mixture.
Step 8
Then snip thin slices of roasted seaweed along with chopped spring onions.

Step 9
Add 1/4 Tbsp of minced garlic for extra flavour.

Step 10
Next, add 1 Tbsp of Tsuyu sauce. You can find them at the Asian store.

Step 11
Sprinkle lots of sesame seeds and mix everything together and enjoy!
