Ingredients

10.5 ozbrown rice noodles
1 tspfine sea salts
6 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
8 ozshrimp
raw, peeled, jumbo
4 tablespoonslime juice
1 tspfine lime zest
2avocados
peeled pitted and cut into bite-sized pieces
4plum tomatoes
chopped
1red onion
small, finely chopped
1jalapeno pepper
small, have seated and finely chopped
4 tablespoonscilantro leaves
chopped
1 tablespoonground cumin
½ tspchili powder
Instructions
Step 1
Step one cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water according to the package directions at this point if you have a 6 to 9 month old or 9 to 12 month old go to next step.
Step 2
For six to nine month olds at this point make rice noodles and avocado pure. Put for tablespoons of chopped cooked noodles drained without the salts six avocado pieces and three tablespoons of water in a blender. Blend 30 seconds, adding extra water one teaspoon at a time and, until smooth. Serve warm.
Step 3
For 9 to 12 month olds at this point: make spiced rice noodles with avocado. Put four tablespoons of chopped, cooked noodles, ( drained and without the salt (, six avocado pieces, a pinch of the cilantro and three tablespoons water in a blender. Pulse 15 seconds, adding extra water one teaspoon at a time, until a mixture forms into a lumpy puree. Serve warm.
Step 4
After completing the steps for the babies if applicable go to next step. Drain the noodles add the salt and toss well. Meanwhile, heat two tablespoons of the oil in large scale of over medium heat. Add the shrimp and Fry turning occasionally, 3 minutes until opaque and pink. Transfer to a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Stir in the noodles and mix thoroughly. Serve warm.
