Step 1
In a blender, mix your avocado with basil, the juice of a quarter of a lemon, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, salt, a garlic clove and Parmigiano cheese.
Step 2
Boil your pasta in some salted water, then mix it with your sauce, adding some pasta water to make it “mamma mia”!
Step 3
If you want to make it extra sexy, you can garnish with some cherry tomatoes!
