Slice the dry ham into thin slices.

Beat the egg in a bowl adding salt, pepper, and grated parmesan

Take a pan and pour a few drop of oil into it. When it is hot, lay down the egg and way a couple of minutes

When the egg start getting hard, lay down the grilled zucchini, the ham, and the mozzarella on one half of the omelette. Fold the omelette, turn it upside down and cook for two more minutes.
