Step 1
Mash banana and mix it with the nut butter and vanilla. Add in the almond flour and coconut flour and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips if using and form into cookies and place into the freezer while melting the chocolate for the coating. Mwlt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave remove cookies from freezer and coat in the chocolate then sprinkle flaky salt and then place back on
