Instructions

Step 1
Begin by letting your margarine soften until it hits room temperature
Step 2
combine your powdered sugar, vanilla, softened margarine, and peanut butter to a large mixing bowl and beat until the mixture is light, and fluffy
Step 3
Using a teaspoon, scoop some of the mixture into your hands and roll it into a ball, then set the rolled ball down onto your baking sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat until finished.
Step 4
Place your sheets with your peanut butter balls into the freezer for at least another hour to harden.
Step 5
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt your Almond Bark (I suggest doing one block at a time).
Step 6
Pull your peanut butter balls out of the freezer and place near your melted chocolate.
Step 7
Using a toothpick, poke your peanut butter ball and dip it into your melted chocolate until fully covered, then place it back onto your wax paper using an additional toothpick to release the ball if needed. Cover with sprinkles before the chocolate cools completely if desired.
Step 8
Repeat until all of your peanut butter balls are covered. Store in the fridge or the freezer and enjoy!
