Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt. In another larger bowl, whisk the eggs until blended. Then whisk in the Greek yogurt, milk and cinnamon .
Step 2
Combine the dry and wet ingredients and stir until combined, be careful not to over mix; a few stirs are okay
Step 3
Preaheat your nonstick pan over medium heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray
Step 4
cook each pancake on each side for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown
Step 5
