Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta as per packaging instructions.
Step 2
While waiting for pasta to cook, add yoghurt and rice vinegar into a bowl.
Step 3
Use a mortar and pestle to mash garlic along with olive oil. Then, add into the bowl with yoghurt.
Step 4
Add dill, then season with salt and black pepper and mix.
Step 5
Once pasta is cooked, drain then allow to cool a little. When cooled, add the yoghurt mixture, then add cucumber and tomato.
Step 6
Top with more dill, season with black pepper, drizzle with some more olive oil, and serve.
