Step 1
Finely dice or grate the cucumber. If you grate it; place in a paper towel or cheesecloth and gently squeeze out all the water.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt and the drained or cubed cucumber.
Step 3
Serve right away or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and style with dill as a final touch.
