Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Keep some cooking water. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cook the garlic in olive on medium heat for about 1min or until fragrant.
Step 3
Turn off the heat. Add the yogurt and parsley and lightly warm up the yogurt.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta and stir in with the sauce. Salt to taste and thin out the sauce with some pasta water if needed.
Step 5
It's ready ! You can serve with fresh mint if desired. Bon appétit !
