Instructions
Step 1

put the eggs in a bowl and salt to taste

whisk until frothy

Step 3

with constant stirring add one liter of milk

Step 4

while mixing, gradually add flour until the dough thickens

let the dough rest for twenty minutes

add a tablespoon of oil to the dough

heat the butter or canola oil in a pan

pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it carefully on the pan

when the dough turns white, use a wooden spatula to pick up the pancake and turn it over

Step 10
when the pancake starts to smell (after about the same time as it was first turned), lift the pancake with a spatula and check if there are brown spots on it. If so, move the pancake to the prepared plate. If not, let it fry for a while longer and check again.

Step 11
repeat steps eight through ten until the dough is kneaded
