Instructions
Step 1
Heat dutch oven over stovetop to medium high temperature and then add two tablespoons of olive oil
Step 2
Add garlic, onion, and carrots to the Dutch oven and heat for two minutes
Step 3
Add cubed potatoes and flour. Slowly add chicken broth until potatoes are covered
Step 4
Add seasonings and bring to a boil until potatoes are tender
Step 5
Add broccoli for last five minutes
Step 6
Stir in heavy cream and cheese to taste
