Instructions
Step 1

Mince garlic, oregano, and basil and cut onion into small pieces.





Step 2

Use masher, blunt object, or wood spoon to mash tomatoes into puree, then mix in paste and any leftover liquid tomato puree from the canned tomatoes





Step 3
Fry garlic until barely starting to brown, then add onion until it begins to leak liquid.





Step 4

Add all remaining ingredients, then heat on medium while stirring occasionally until simmering.









Step 5

Cover pan and reduce heat to low. Keep heating on low for 20-45 minutes.


Step 6

Add to perferred cooked pasta and enjoy!
