Boursin and Egg Croissant boats
These egg and creamy Boursin stuffed croissant boats have been one of my favorite things to make for breakfast lately. They are so easy to make, they taste amazing and all you need is 3 ingredients.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
2. Place the croissants in a tray lined with parchment paper. Use a knife cut the top of the croissants off. Pull some of the inside out to make a boat for the cream cheese and egg, careful not to tear a hole in the sides or bottom.
Step 3
3. Stuff each croissant with the Boursin cream cheese (about 2 tablespoons for each one depending on how big your croissants are).
Step 4
4. Top each one with one egg. (You can choose to season your eggs with salt and pepper. I didn’t because the salt from the cream cheese was enough for me).
Step 5
5. Bake for 15-17 minutes depending on how runny you like your egg yolks. (Once the whites are solid take them out)
Step 6
6. Garnish with chili flakes or any sauces or spices you prefer and enjoy!
