Instructions

Step 1
Place the water (1/2 Cup if not adding milk Powder), bread flour, salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, sugar, nonfat dry milk powder (or 1/2 Cup Milk), and yeast in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the dough cycle and start the machine.
Step 2
When the cycle is finished, turn the dough onto a floured countertop or cutting board, using flour sparingly. Gently roll and stretch the dough into a 24-inch rope. Grease two 8-inch pie pans or one 13x9-inch pan. With a sharp knife, divide the dough into 24 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place them into the prepared pans.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed garlic. Pour the butter and garlic mixture over the rolls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Cover the pans with a clean towel and let the rolls rise for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, cut apart, and serve warm.
