Chicken Nugget Fajitas

Super quick fajitas made with chicken nuggets, perfect for family dinners and cheaper than buying store bought fajita spice mix. You can use any kind of chicken nuggets but we love these with Quorn Chicken Nuggets. I leave out hot spices for the children but you can add cayenne or chilli pepper. My children like theirs just with soured cream, nuggets and cheese and then have raw pepper on the side. The recipe includes a big batch of spice mix but you'll only need 1-2 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1
Slice the pepper and onion and fry for about 10 minutes in some oil. Then add the spice mix and fry for another few minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the chicken nuggets according to their instructions.
Step 3
To serve, warm up the wraps, spread with soured cream then add the chicken nuggets, pepper and onion, and sons grated cheese and a scrunch of salt.
