Step 1
Start by Chopping the bell peppers, onion and Chicken into slices
Step 2
Get a nonstick pan and drizzle some olive oil in it, before adding it to a hob and putting on a high heat (I had it on 6)
Step 3
Add the Onion and Bell peppers into the pan and fry until onion is soft
Step 4
Once onion is soft add the chicken, lemon juice and then all the seasoning
Step 5
Stir till everything is coating in seasoning
Step 6
Continue to stir occasionally until chicken is cooked (I normally cut the biggest piece and make sure it is white the whole way through)
Step 7
Once cooked get your wrap and spread some sour cream on, add the chicken and veg before topping with some finely grated cheese and chopped herbs
