Step 1
Bring pot of salted water to a boil Heat butter and skillet add lemon zest Drop linguine and boiling water cook per instructions, drained Add heavy cream to the butter and lemon zest Add the pasta and lemon juice and stir until just coated/heated. Add the Parmesan and toss. Serve with extra Parmesan and lemon zest sprinkled on top If purchasing fresh linguine use 9 ounces as your measure versus half a pound
