Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter.
Step 3
Add the Nduja paste and stir. Then add the cream, pasta water and lemon juice and stir again until sauce thickens.
Step 4
Add the parmesan and stir until you get a homogeneous sauce.
Step 5
Add the parmesan and stir on low heat so that it does not clump. Then you can add the pasta.
Step 6
It's ready ! You can serve with fresh parsley, bon appétit ;)
