Instructions
Step 1
Mix together egg and milk in a bowl
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk and combine the dry ingredients
Step 3
While whisking continuosly, mix the wet and dry ingredients together
Step 4
While whisking add melted unsalted butter. Whisk until combined. Rest for 5 minutes
Step 5
Preheat fry pan on medium heat. Spray oil or use unsalted butter to lubricate the pan
Step 6
Add pancake mix to fry pan in small dollops. Cook for 2-3 mins or until golden brown on the bottom
Step 7
Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 mins. Repeat with the rest of the batter
Step 8
Serve pancakes with maple syrup
