Instructions
Step 1
Boil the octopus in salty water as long as it takes to make it soft. It might take more than 30 minutes. When ready, strain it, clean it, and slice it. Keep aside and let it cool down.

Step 2

Step 3
Slice the onions.

When both the potatoes and the octopus are cool, put them in a bowl, add the onions, basil, salt, pepper and serve.
