Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 400° and spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Cut Cauliflower florets from the stalk and place in a medium pan. 3. Add 1-2" Water to the pan and bring to a boil for 7-10 minutes until the Cauliflower is tender. 4. Drain and transfer to a medium bowl. 5. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined and transfer to the prepared pan. 6. Sprinkle with additional Cheese if desired and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
