Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

In a medium sized bowl mash the bananas until they become a thick liquid consistency. Add the applesauce, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Step 4
Line a 9 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly across the top using a spatula. Optional:

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until the top browns and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes in the pan
