Instructions
Step 1
Pan fry the courgette, either small cubes or grated, with salt and pepper on olive oil
Step 2
Put salt and pepper on scallops
Step 3
Pan fry with butter, basil, add some water to make a cream
Step 4
Cover and leave for 5 min, turning them around a bit
Step 5
Take the sauce out and save it, add the rest in water and to the couscous
Step 6
Add parmesan to a warm couscous, then courgette and then scallops
