Instructions
Step 1
To a greased skillet at the potatoes, onion, and bell peppers. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add in the sausage and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the garlic, taco seasoning, rotel, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Switch heat to low, stir, and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Remove lid and switch heat to medium. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Top with cheese and cover until melted.
