Step 1
Chop onions and garlic

Make tomato puree
Step 3
Add less than half cup oil in a pan and simmer onions

When simmered to light golden add garlic and simmer some more

Add chicken in it and simmer till golden brown

Add tomato puree in it and simmer for 5 minutes

then add achar masala mixed in yogurt

Cook till its properly cooked while simmering in and off

Also give dam in between
