Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Mix al the dry ingredients in a bowl. The garlic will depend on how much you like garlic don't use too much if you don't want them strong. Add the Greek yogurt and mix.
Step 2
Work the dough in your hands and then sprinkle some flour on the counter for you to roll.
Step 3
Cut the dough into 2 large lumps and then roll out into a sausage shape and cut both into 4. So you will have 8!
Step 4
Now roll each one out as long as you can and make a pretzel shape,
Step 5
Coat with egg white so it goes golden and then add some salt.
Step 6
Spray with some no cal spray and pop lr the oven until golden
