Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat Dutch over over medium heat, add olive oil and brown sausage
Step 2
2. Remove sausage and add onions and cook till translucent, add garlic
Step 3
3. Deglaze the pan with beer (optional)

4. Add shredded cabbage, sliced apples and apple cider vinegar, season with salt pepper
Step 5
5. Heat over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 6
6. Return sausages and place in to a oven set at 375 for an hour
Step 7
7. Eat with crusty bread, enjoy!
