Instructions

Step 1
Rinse the berries and slice the strawberries.
Step 2
Mix the chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk in a small bowl and stir well. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the mixed nuts and berries.
Step 4
Pour the chia seed mixture over the berry and nut mixture and stir gently to combine.
Step 5
Drizzle honey over the top, if desired.
