Step 1
In a bowl with your hands mix quark, spelt flour, oil and salt, until you get smooth dough.

Crumple the baking paper and then shape it so it fits cake pan. I used cheesecake pan with base with diameter 15,5cm.

Preheat the oven or airfryer.

Shape dough with your hands, so it equally covers inside of the cake pan. Alternatively you can use rolling pin and then put the flat dough into cake pan. Then stab the whole base of the crust with fork.

Put the cake pan into oven or airfryer and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden. Then put aside and let cool down.

Cut onion into small pieces, remove seeds from zucchini and cut it into slightly bigger pieces, cut ham into squares.
